Kaledonia waterfall and Kaledonia trail, the gentle pass 20-25 minutes to hike, are among the most scenic spots in Cyprus.

Near the bottom of trail the well-known to Cypriots restaurant and trout farm are located. The restaurant offers also the traditional Cyprus meet dishes, but highlight is definitely grilled and fried trout. Here on the shore of mountain creek Kryos Potamos ("cold river") in the shadow of the huge plane trees you can rest and dinner.

They consider Psilo Dendro (Toll Tree) to be one of the best restaurants in Cyprus. They especially note that guests find here the sincere warm hospitality of the owner, Mrs. Elisabeth. Yet 20-25 years ago this was common for the tourist establishments across  Cyprus but unfortunately nowadays becoming more and more rarely.
