Why unique?
If you want to wake up, go to swim (in Cyprus you can swim un warm year until Christmas, although some brave men swim all year round) and return to breakfast, you can easily find a rather expensive house (million at least) but it is almost impossible to find a relatively chip apartment. Of course there are a lot of apartments for sale, but they are rather far from the sea. Shore land is expensive and developers build here villas not apartment complexes.

But of course the main attraction is the sea. One more indicator of the highest quality of the location - the former president Glafkos Clerides bought the house in the nearby complex and spent here the last 11 years of his life.
The complex is located between the sea and the lake where some months annually you can see pink flamingos. They stop here in their migrations. The picture when a group of flamingos close the sun by their red-black wings before sunset will stay in your memory for a long. Sometimes you can see it from your balcony.

600 sq feet, covered balcony, two bedrooms and living-kitchen, 3 air condition units are used mainly in hot summer time. The large cabinets in the bedrooms plus a lot of shelves lifting to the ceiling in the kitchen plus the storage space in the garage can keep a lot of your staff.
The apartment is on the first floor of 2-storey building. Ground floor is occupied by garages. The balcony and the window of the master bedroom see on east in the garden. The window of second bedroom sees on south.
The building is constructed in 1999. Both the building and the apartments are in excellent condition.
Price
The best time to buy is when is market is down. Today two and half years after Cyprus economical crisis started is the best time for purchasing Cyprus real estate.
